Dear Friends of Otter Creek,
The picture above is of a bag I knit and felted and a sweater that I designed using my handspun yarn. I am still spinning yarn and knitting every day. Check out my blog to see more pictures and stories about my new life.

Closeing my retail storefront in Mercer at the end of 2007 and scaling back my business to working at home has been good for me and my family. I miss seeing the folks that I got to know through the store and hope to see some of them at the various events that I will be participating in. I am selling my yarn and left over store stuff on the web, by email and phone.

The Mercer Spinners and Weavers Guild usually has a booth to sell spinning supplies and yarn at Farm Day at Munnell Run Farm in September every year. I am still designing patterns and knitting felted kitty beds and traditional Tie Shawls and socks. Reinventing my business had been a challenge. I am enjoying my time to be at home and work in my garden this summer.

Brown sheep yarns are offered through our blog web pages. Yarnottercreek try the link on this page to learn more.

I am the editor of the newsletter for The Mercer Spinners and Weavers Guild. I post the newsletter on my blog. Everyone is welcome to stop by bring your wheel and spin yarn or knit with us at Munnell Run Farm. You can find dates and times on line follow the link on this page. Visit our booth Munnell Run Farm Days in September.
